The holidays are almost over and I’m here greeting you a MERRY CHRISTMAS!! (when almost everyone’s already exchanging their Happy-New-Year’s) haha you know how busy – almost chaotic – the last few weeks before Christmas gets and of course, during Christmas day. And before I totally miss out on the celebrations, let me share with you my special Christmas moments at work and at home.

Working in Nuffnang for more than a year now, the Nuffies (my officemates) have already secured a spot in my heart <3 and it was such a joy to celebrate the Christmas season with this bunch.
This year’s theme: PAJAMA PARTY!
I didn’t have the energy to work on a creative outfit so I literally was just in my PJs. I bought a crown-headband and I guess, that deserves an A for ‘eyfort’ haha!
The night was filled with fun and games, and good laughs. Unlike your usual Christmas party, ours had a catwalk –to showcase our outfits. ‘How about a round of applause for the Talent Department!’ LOL
We got so fond of the Instax photos we had from our Country Manager’s Dinner that we stocked on films and Instax-ed the night away.
Weirdo self on the loose!

I know this is getting a bit long, but please stay with me :))  I’ll now be sharing snippets of our Yearly Christmas Eve Gathering with the Evangelistas – relatives from my mom’s side. I grew up celebrating Christmas Eve with them, from being the little girl who sings to being the ate who organizes the program.
We always start with the singing of Christmas songs, followed by playing games. We started with a kiddie game in which we had a hard time getting players for. Then we realized, almost all the little kids in our family have already grown up – with just one kulit bulilit (my cousin’s daughter) left – which made the oldies tease our older cousins for another baby lol
The highlight of our program is the sharing time – where everyone speaks up and shares about the things, whether good or bad, they’re thankful to God for for the year 2015, it's His day that we're celebrating anyway :) It felt really good to know how He amazingly moves in our lives. Truly God takes care of His people. We were reminded to be strong and have faith in the midst of problems because they are not meant for us to suffer but rather for us to learn.
Like any other Christmas Eve in our house, we end our gathering with a prayer, lifting up every family to God.
Of course, no party is complete without FOOOD!! Of course, I got my hands on the Crispy Pata hahaha.
And who would forget about the GIFTS!! Satchi Claus was there to distribute the gifts with the help of Oreo, her little helper.
Loved the 'couple' pillows my sisters got me and Tim, it's kinda obvious that he likes it :))
I asked Tim to wrap his gift to me by himself. Look at the finished product. Ummm, i'd give it a 10 haha (biased 10 because I love Mr. Gift-wrapper LOL but in reality, it's a two *sshhh* HAHAHA)

Christmas is definitely my favorite celebration. Apart from the festivities, Christmas reminds us of the greatest gift we have ever received, Jesus Christ. I hope that in the coming year, we bring Him with us and embrace life's celebrations :)
